Stuck Seat Posts
Here is an excellent article on this subject. Authored by Sheldon Brown.
Other suggestions are to drill a hole in the tip of the seat post, insert a bolt ( to make like a "t" shape ) and chuck into a vice. Now use the frame as a giant handle with much leverage. Do this only as a last resort when the seat post is beyond saving.
